Return & Exchange
All our products are individually handmade, which means slight variations in form, finish, or colour are inherent and part of their uniqueness. As such, we do not accept returns or exchanges for these natural irregularities.
We only accept returns in the case of items that arrive damaged. If your order has been damaged in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the product and packaging, and we will assist you with a resolution.

HOW DO I RETURN A PRODUCT?
Reach out to us within 48 hours of receiving the order. You can send us an email at hello@rudicollective.com, with your order details. We will arrange a return pick-up from your shipping address. The product has to be packed with all the original labels intact. As soon as we have it back in our warehouse, we will ship a different piece of the same product based on availability. In case the product is unavailable, the amount will be refunded to your bank account.
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I HAVE RECEIVED MY PRODUCT IN DAMAGED CONDITION?
In that case, please write to hello@rudicollective.com within 48 hours of receiving the order. For our records it is necessary to share a picture of the damage/ defect and email it to us along with your order number. We will arrange a return pick-up from your shipping address. The product has to be packed with all the original labels intact. As soon as we have it back in our warehouse, we will ship a different piece of the same product based on availability. In case the product is unavailable, the amount will be refunded to your bank account.

Please write to hello@rudicollective within 48 hours of receiving the order and we will exchange the item you received and deliver the right one to you. In case the product is unavailable, on rare occasions, the amount will be refunded to your bank account.

You can only make your return within 48 hours of receiving it.
